If you would like to register by mail, you may download a registration form and mail it in with your payment to MHAMC - Ellen's Run 2009, 1000 Twinbrook Parkway, Rockville, MD 20851.
If you would like to register in person, you may do so on Saturday, October 10th (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM), at Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School, or Sunday, October 11th (8:00 AM) at the race start site.
